How long does a typical photo shoot take?

The duration of a photo shoot depends on the size of the property and the package you choose. On average, a standard photo shoot of 12-16 photos takes roughly 45minutes to 1 hour, while a session with additional services like aerial photography or floor plans may take longer.

What should I do to prepare my property for the photo shoot?

To ensure the best possible results, we recommend decluttering and cleaning the property beforehand. Remove personal items, clear countertops, and tidy up any outdoor areas. We can provide a detailed checklist upon request.

How will I receive the final photos?

We will deliver the final edited photos to you digitally via Pixieset online gallery.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the circumstances.

Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited photos is 24 hours from time of photoshoot, Floor plans and virtual staging may take up to 48 hours.
